It is important to note that the lower bedroom suite of the villa is only unlocked when the villa is rented by more than two people (see 2BR Suite prices above). The upstairs and downstairs are connected via stairs outside of the house. All amenities on the exterior of the villa (pool, hot tub, upper and lower decks) are available to all guests and always accessible. The downstairs bedroom suite will not be rented seperately from the upstairs portion of the house. The villa will not be "double booked."
