It is important to note that the lower bedroom suite of the villa is only unlocked when the villa is rented by more than two people. The upstairs and downstairs are connected via stairs outside of the house. This may pose some issues for groups traveling with people with accessibility concerns or small children. All amenities on the exterior of the villa (pool, hot tub, upper and lower decks) are available to all guests and always accessible. The downstairs bedroom suite will not be rented seperately from the upstairs portion of the house. The villa will not be"double booked." The property is managed by Sharon Schott, who provides a meet and greet at the ferry dock, on call service, landscaping and gardening service, and, for a small fee, cleaning upon request. More information about your arrival meet and greet is posted on our arrival page. Children are allowed at the villa, however a waiver is required for children under 14 years of age. A refundable damage deposit of $400 (US) is required of renters. Credit card payments are accepted.
