P.S. There cannot be a place with more verdant land and cerulean waters. The best view on the island is right here on this porch…stress is forgotten.
What an amazing week it has been from the Happy Hours on the back porch most days to the morning walks to Donkey Diner the location and atmosphere of the house was perfect! We saw beautiful water and landscapes at five beaches. We went out for a day on the Scubado and saw everything from the water – it was paradise. The freedom to cook in and spend time with our group was such a treat and made the day so relaxing and like home. The space was also roomy enough to not feel like we were on top of each other—comfortable and relaxing was key! It was such a special vacation and we can't wait to come back again. We will be spreading the word about our gem to all of our friends. Thank you for creating such a peaceful paradise.

Into the Mystic

Into the Mystic surely got us near the ocean's edge, and on beaches like Francis Bay. There can be no softer, greater edge. The strolls up and all over to Brown Bay, along the trail to Waterlemon Cay—were as good as the destinations, from the haunting Annanberg Plantation to the magical snorkeling along the reefs. For all four of us- three St. John first timers; one frequent sailor –this was a superb experience. Please accept our compliments on your home in its every aspect, from views to conveniences. We appreciate your attention to detail (even a phone call about the TV ) and hope to return again.

Crew of the Mystic!
Great job on the remodel of the house.Great taste in fixtures, furnishings and style. Very functional kitchen, however we were seduced by the great food here on the island. Places like ZoZo's 3rd level deck kept us out 8 nights in a row. To the lucky owners –"well done" style, class, function! – very well done.

Dear Into the Mystic,
By the end of our first day here in topical paradise, we found ourselves easing into the "island rhythm". Now, a week later we are completely relaxing and left with fond memories of a beautiful stay: lounging in the pool while overlooking the bay, breakfast on the porch soaked by gentle ocean breezes, swaying in the hammock. The location here is ideal. This property is amazing. We are very grateful for the opportunity to be here. We home to come back –maybe even next year.

A vacation to the islands in August? Are we crazy? Not if you stay at Into the Mystic. You have created a piece of heaven. The beauty of this setting is full of cool breezes, amazing Coral Bay views, sounds of local music, humming birds, and refreshing dips in the pool each morning and night. Our boat trip around the island will with us forever. Your villa is the best on the island.

We have stayed in a number of villas on several different islands and Into the Mystic is without question one of the very best. We have enjoyed every minute of our 12 days. The furnishings inside and out were so comfortable and the kitchen was a joy to use with things you need. We appreciated the quality all though the house, and the view from the deck was just what we had hoped for. We also enjoyed the pool and particularly the hot tub. We hope to come back again.

This place is fantastic! Into the Mystic is gorgeous and you have done an amazing job of making it a 5 star resort. The view from the veranda is mesmerizing. The bright green iguana really made our day when he showed up while we sunbathed. I can't wait to come back. This is the place to stay!

This was the best trip to St. John ever! I have been here 5 times and your villa is just beautiful. We met all the locals, I sang at Island Blues on open mic night, we rented a dinghy and went to every beach "a little scary" our 4X4 had bald tires, so had to take it easy on the hills! We loved every minute of our trip and if available next year, we will be back…Oh and thank you for the central air and computer access, I actually wrote a 5 page paper for school from your computer and got a 98%.

All I can say is AMAZING! Everything your previous guests said is 100% correct. All the comforts of home plus an amazing view. The amenities make it really hard to leave and return to reality. I loved the lay-back feel of Coral Bay. I will for sure return. Hope to see you soon Into the Mystic!

Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home! WOW! What a view! The view has to be the best on St. John!! We had a wonderful time. We have vowed to come back year and year. We will never forget our trip. And the fact that we got engaged on this trip-made it even more perfect. By far our favorite beaches are the North shore beaches. We are hoping to come back next year and get married on either Hawksnest or Trunk Bay. So beautiful! Favorite restaurants –Donkey Diner-definitely has the best breakfast, Aqua Bistro has awesome sandwiches, Skinny legs for the burgers and drinks.

Dear "Into the Mystic"
There is no better place to spend the New Year! We sang and danced all night at Island Blues to bring in the New Year. We ate at Miss Lucy's many times and were lucky enough to be here during a full moon, actually a blue moon (2x's in one month). On New Years we couldn't have had a better ending then in the disco lighted hot tub. Your home is just beautiful! Every detail was thought our and we appreciated every minute. Best views on the island! Best location on the island. Can't wait to return soon. All our love,

It was all we had dreamed it would be judging by the pictures we had seen; but actually being here , we realized that no picture can do it justice…it takes your breath away. Between the advice we received before arriving and the excellent welcome binder we had a fantastic yet unobtrusive personal guide for the week. The gays give you our seal of approval! Hope to return soon!

Your lovely villa felt like home to us for our one week. We cooked, read, wrote and moon watched in the hot tub, we visited 6 great snorkeling beaches and found your location perfect. From the moment we arrived, we realized your beautiful, first class home was the perfect start and finish to each day. Not only is the villa breathtaking in design, location and décor, but it has a comfortable and relaxing feel to it! With the gorgeous view from every angle to the lovely landscaping and amenities, we didn't find anything missing – even all the beach chairs, snorkel equipment… We enjoyed Coral Bay and Cruz Bay so much that we look forward to a return trip real soon. The villa was fantastic, you have thought of everything (beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc), we really enjoyed it. This is the 5th time we have here, but by far the best villa we have stayed in. Waterlemon Cay was the best snorkeling in St. John –well worth the hike there. Had a wonderful time, thanks for sharing your home.

WOW!!! Beth summed it up best, "there couldn't be a place nicer on St John". You have a fantastic place and we enjoyed every minute we stayed. We hit a different beach every day and each one had unique charm. It was all worth the trouble getting there.

Also, the afternoon we arrived, the refrigerator up stairs was not working properly. I called Coby, who answered immediately. He was back at the house within 15 minutes to solve the problem. We are home owners ourselves and realize unexpected issues constantly arise. I just thought you would want to hear that the response was helpful and professional.

I just wanted to tell how much we enjoyed our stay at Into the Mystic. My wife forgot to put her comments in the Guest Book. The home is the perfect blend of utter privacy, comfort, yet convenient to a handful of restaurants, bars, the market, and some live music. The location is ideal and the is incredibly comfortable. We probably walked up and down hill half of the time and it isn't that bad of a walk, although a bit more difficult after some painkillers or VI Ales. The views were superb and what a great way to kick back on the multitude of seating areas on the porches and decks. The home lacked nothing in terms of amenities to make for an enjoyable vacation. We did not see one other property in that area that was as nice. Our friends thoroughly enjoyed the lower level and was perfect for them.
Rented kayaks at Crabby's and if you can handle the paddle out through wind and waves, the paddling/ snorkeling in Hurricane Hole is incredible. I wished had done that earlier in trip, so I could have done it a few times. We really enjoyed our dinner at Sweet Plaintains, while a bit pricey, I would recommend to visit once on a stay. Can't quite decide if we enjoyed hanging out at Aqua or Island blues more. Enjoyed both tremendously. Lily's market, while more expensive than the market we went to in Cruz Bay, was fine for almost all of our needs

Enjoyed an afternoon in Cruz Bay, which was fine for one visit. The driving was a lot easier than anticipated. Enjoyed seeing the goats, lambs, and donkey's wondering.
Dave from Cimmarron was great. Only drawback we thought of was the hot tub was over chlorinated. We would most certainly enjoy a return visit and would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Coral Bay.
